Hey guys, I'd like to have a guild vent meeting on Wednesday Night. There are some things that we need to discuss. The latest patch has created some issues, which need to be addressed. Nothing huge, we all still like each other, but we need to discuss what our expectations from the guild and the game are, and if as a guild we are going to be able to meet those expectations.

I'd like to have the meeting at our regular raid time of 9 p.m. server time - 12 a.m. ET.

Again it is not high drama. We are not breaking up, we just need to find some focus.

In other news, we have a few new members, please welcome Xtrahealth, a level 64 priest, that is the alt of everybody's favorite non-Crew mage Blundermage, AKA LTkickbutt. And also welcome Dedlyshade, a level 61 DK, which is Gofman's cousin.

In other news, it is a short week for everybody's favorite Guild Master. Yes, you won't have Kev to kick around for a week or so, I will be on vacation with the family, starting Friday night and won't be playing until at least Sunday, Sept. 6. If you need to get in touch with me, please use the Shoutbox on the Website. I will check that from time to time. Since I will be away I am trying to schedule as much as I can for those days I will be able to play this week, for all of us.

Rave has found a YouTube video explaining the 10 man Trial of Crusader raid, and thinks we might be able to do that. Here is the link to the video. This is a good video with nice audio explanation. "Recent studies have shown that standing in fire is the leading cause of burns and can be fatal." LOL

It was a big week for The Crew. We've gained some new members and a few a few more folks have leveled to 80.

Grats to Grey for making the long and troubled journey to 80. Grey is one of the founding members of The Crew, but his playing time has been limited and it has taken him a while to get to 80. Grats man. Now, we have to get your geared.
Grats also go out to Squerered, AKA "Cookies" or "Red" on hitting 80. Cookies has been with us a few weeks, but he's a welcomed addition. Grats. FYI - Cookies is his main on another server.

Lets roll out the Welcome Wagon for Deathtank a level 80 pally. Deathtank is an alt of Darktracer, who raided with us with Eighth Kingdom, but left 8thK prior to the dark time in our past, known as the merger, which we no longer speak of.

Also swelling our ranks is Bytor, a lvl 80 Warlock. Welcome guys.

Other than the new influx of 80s, it was a pretty quiet week. We did get Flame Lev, down but that was about the only highlight of the week.

Make sure you check the calendar for raids and sign up, so we can get a better idea if we are gonna be able to run. And, of course, SHOW UP FOR THE RAID YOU SIGNED UP FOR.

We have been having difficulty getting enough for consistent 10 man raids. Perhaps this week, we should forgo scheduling three nights of Naxx and instead plan on doing Heroics for the newly minted 80s and to farm Emblems of Conquest. So think of this week as Help a Guildie Week. Except for the requisite 10 man ULD and OS and VOA nights.

Hey guys here is the plan for the next few weeks. Our raids will start at 8:30 p.m. server time, which is 11:30 p.m. in the East/8:30 on the West Coast. We will begin getting the groups together at 8:30 server time with the goal of zoning in by 9 p.m. server with all members ready to go.

Tuesday: Naxx 10 man - to clear the Spider and Military Quarters
Wednesday: Naxx 10 man - The Construct and Plague Quarters
Thursday: Naxx 10 man - the last two bosses Sath and KT
Friday: Heroic Night -- run as many heroic instances as possible get guildies their emblems of Conquest.
Saturday: EOE 10 man - give this beast another try.
Sunday: Ulduar 10 man - Down Flame Leviathan, Decontructor and anybody else who gets in our way.
Monday: OS and VOA - 10 man.
